Our Main area of expertise within working on the underground system is the injection of polyurethane and acrylic grouts to control water penetration.
We also carry out the application of waterproof renders, coatings and membrane systems.

The majority of our labour force are LUL trained in the following areas; & all are holders of the new CSCS cards:

• Entry permit
• Fire aware
• Machine room
• Trolley operator
• Track aware
• Track accustomed
• Lift and Escalator
• Confined spaces
• Six of our grouting gang supervisors are SPICS (site person in Charge).

We are familiar with all LUL working requirements. i.e. quality control, method statements, risk assessments, Coshh and safety procedures.

We can offer a comprehensive service ranging from surveys to self management to the specification & implication of works.
