Over the past few years Epoxy resins have been increasingly used for the upgrading and repair of structural timbers including floor stiffening, repair of decayed beam ends, staircase repair/strengthening and joint stabilisation.

Epoxy resin repairs are recognised for the ease at which they cure, their outstanding adhesive properties and their high mechanical strength combined with their resistance to chemical attack. In addition to these they are also waterproof and are impervious to rot.
